- Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your accommodation in Moshi or Arusha.
- Depending on your arrival time, you might have a pre-climb briefing with your tour operator.
- Begin the climb from Machame Gate after completing registration.
- Trek through lush rainforest and gradually ascending terrain.
- Reach Machame Camp, your first overnight stop on the route.
- Continue the ascent, leaving the rainforest and entering the moorland zone.
- Traverse through picturesque landscapes and reach Shira Camp.
- Marvel at the panoramic views surrounding the campsite.
- Ascend to Lava Tower for acclimatization and then descend to Barranco Camp.
- The Barranco Camp is located beneath the impressive Barranco Wall.
- Start the day with a climb up the Barranco Wall, a challenging section.
- Trek through alpine desert landscapes to reach Karanga Camp.
- Rest and prepare for the final ascent to the summit.
